📦 When will my order arrive?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. As we currently ship only within Poland, deliveries typically arrive within 2–5 business days from dispatch. Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can monitor its journey.

🚚 Where do you ship?
At this time, eloiise.com delivers exclusively within Poland. We are not yet offering international shipping, but expansion to additional countries may be considered in the future.

🔍 How can I track my package?
When your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an email containing your tracking number and direct link. This allows you to check real-time updates and follow your delivery status at any time.

💳 What payment methods are accepted?
We accept secure and commonly used payment methods in Poland, including BLIK, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed through encrypted payment systems to ensure your personal and financial information remains protected.

What if my order is delayed?
While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to weekends, public holidays, weather conditions, or courier-related circumstances. 🔁 Can I return a product?
Yes, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please contact us first to receive return instructions and authorization.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please inform us within 7 days of delivery. Send an email to info@eloiise.com including your order number and clear photos of the issue. After review, we will arrange a suitable solution, such as a replacement, refund, or store credit.
